Rainbow Rewards FAQ & Terms and Conditions 

Zeenya's Colour Connection is a customer loyalty programme (“Rewards, Rainbow Rewards”) managed and conducted by Zeenya Clothing Ltd (“Zeenya”, “we”, “us” or “our”) for the benefits of its customers (“member” or “you”). Opting into rewards is automatic upon the creation of a customer account on the Zeenya online store.

By opting into our Rewards, you agree to the Terms and Conditions of the Rewards and our privacy policy. Please read these Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy before you opt in. You can refer to our Privacy Policy to find out more about how we use your personal information and how to opt out of receiving digital communications.

Participation and Membership
Participation in the rewards is open to all Zeenya customers worldwide. You must be at least the age of majority in your state or country of residence to opt into our rewards. If you are under the age of majority, you must have permission from a parent/guardian who must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, please do not participate in the rewards, or contact hello@zeenya.co.nz to opt out.

Calculation of rewards points
Spending in our online store will earn you points provided you use the email associated with your Zeenya Colour Connection account. You can also earn rewards through other activities, as detailed on our Rewards page.

How to spend Rewards:
For every $1 spent, you will earn 1 point.
Rainbow Rewards points and redeemed discount vouchers never expire.
Ethique reserves the right to change points if we believe someone is unfairly accumulating points outside of the rules set out in this document. Points are not redeemable for cash or monetary value. 


Zeenya redeemed discount codes

  • Directly relates to the final amount you pay at checkout,
  • Is calculated after discounts, shipping and tax have been applied,
  • Includes the purchase of gift cards, but not the redemption,
  • Doesn’t include returns, reimbursements or refunds.


Transfers and customer files
Rewards points are non-transferrable: any transactions by another customer on Zeenya's online store cannot be transferred to a different customer for someone else to obtain rewards points.

There can only be one customer for each rewards membership. As a customer and rewards member, it’s your responsibility to ensure that you use the correct email when you make a purchase.

Rewards points cannot be sold, transferred, assigned or otherwise dealt with except in accordance with these terms and conditions. Rewards points have no cash or monetary value.

Rewards and benefits are non-transferable.

Referrals
Customer referrals can only apply to new customers (not those with existing Zeenya accounts). The $10 voucher is automatically available to you once a person uses your unique referral code.  

Rewards/Benefits
Any rewards, gifts, benefits or offers communicated as part of the Zeenya rewards may include specific offer terms and conditions, including expiry dates.

Member-Only Benefits
Zeenya will communicate to rewards members when a member-only benefit is available to be redeemed. These will happen at a time determined by Zeenya. Member-only benefits could be a gift with purchase, exclusive content, vouchers, bonus points or other promotions. Member-Only benefits will be available for a defined period as communicated in marketing material or until all stock is allocated.

Change of details
You should advise Zeenya of any change to your details by logging into your account and managing your details, or by contacting hello@zeenya.co.nz. Zeenya is not responsible for any failure to notify us of your change of details which may result in you not obtaining the benefit of rewards communications and rewards or benefits or the loss or downgrade of a tier status.

Suspension, Modification and/or Termination
Zeenya reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to disqualify any individual we finds, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Rewards program.

Zeenya may immediately suspend or terminate your participation in the Colour Connection program if you: (a) have breached these Terms and Conditions; (b) have engaged, or may engage, in fraudulent conduct, or conduct that is suspected to be fraudulent, in relation to Zeenya limited, the Zeenya rewards programme or your customer file; (c) have engaged in inappropriate conduct that undermines the reputation or legitimate interests of Zeenya; (d) have supplied or are attempting to supply false or misleading information; (e) are selling, assigning, transferring, acquiring, or offering to sell, assign, transfer or acquire any Zeenya rewards, gifts, offers or benefits other than in accordance with these Terms and Conditions; or (f) act in a hostile, abusive or aggressive manner towards any Zeenya staff or any other Customers online.

Where your right to participate in the Zeenya rewards is suspended or terminated, any benefits, rewards and rights and rewards tiers you may have at that time under the Rewards programme shall thereby suspend or terminate (as the case may be).

We reserve the right under our sole discretion to modify, suspend or cancel the Zeenya Colour Connection program without notice for any reason.
